When comfort counts, at our Southbridge Urgent Care location, you can save time and enter your information prior to arrival with free, convenient, online check-in! Simply select an estimated arrival time and fill in your information.*

Southbridge Urgent Care patients may proceed to registration immediately upon arrival. When Southbridge Urgent Care is closed for holidays, or if you need care during the off-hours, visit St. Francis' Emergency Department or Urgent Care on the St. Francis Regional Medical Center Campus in Shakopee.

St. Francis Campus Urgent Care

For the St. Francis campus Urgent Care clinic, always enter and check-in at our Emergency Room. Even during our campus Urgent Care's open hours, all patients will be screened by providers and directed to either the Emergency Department or Urgent Care based on severity of injury or illness, as decided upon by the triage nurse.

Is my reservation time a guarantee?

No, it is not. Our Urgent Care providers will do their best, but if there are sicker patients ahead of you, they may be seen first.

What does online check-in cost?

Nothing. It is absolutely free.

Can I use online check-in even if I don't have insurance? What about Medicare or Medicaid?

Online check-in is free for everyone, with or without insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Once you've been screened or stabilized by the care team, you may be asked to arrange for payment of medical bills.

What if I check-in, and then start feeling a lot worse?

If you are feeling worse, do NOT wait for your check-in time. Go to Urgent Care immediately. If you feel that your condition is life-threatening, call 911 right away or go to your nearest Emergency Department.

When I arrive, will I see a doctor right away?

You will be seen by a healthcare professional who will evaluate your condition and decide on the best course of action for you. You may be seen by a nurse, physician, physician assistant or a combination of healthcare professionals.

I don't need urgent care anymore. How do I cancel my reservation?

Call the facility where you made your reservation and tell them that you are canceling your online check-in reservation.

I made a reservation, but now I cannot get there on time. Can I adjust my time?

Simply go online and make a new reservation. The system will automatically cancel your old one.
