Southbridge Urgent Care patients may proceed to registration immediately upon arrival. When Southbridge Urgent Care is closed for holidays, or if you need care during the off-hours, visit St. Francis' Emergency Department or Urgent Care on the St. Francis Regional Medical Center Campus in Shakopee.

St. Francis Campus Urgent Care

For the St. Francis campus Urgent Care clinic, always enter and check-in at our Emergency Room. Even during our campus Urgent Care's open hours, all patients will be screened by providers and directed to either the Emergency Department or Urgent Care based on severity of injury or illness, as decided upon by the triage nurse.

No, it is not. Our Urgent Care providers will do their best, but if there are sicker patients ahead of you, they may be seen first.

Nothing. It is absolutely free.
Online check-in is free for everyone, with or without insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Once you've been screened or stabilized by the care team, you may be asked to arrange for payment of medical bills.
If you are feeling worse, do NOT wait for your check-in time. Go to Urgent Care immediately. If you feel that your condition is life-threatening, call 911 right away or go to your nearest Emergency Department.
You will be seen by a healthcare professional who will evaluate your condition and decide on the best course of action for you. You may be seen by a nurse, physician, physician assistant or a combination of healthcare professionals.
Call the facility where you made your reservation and tell them that you are canceling your online check-in reservation.
Simply go online and make a new reservation. The system will automatically cancel your old one.
