    St. Francis' comprehensive orthopedics department includes specialists from Allina Health Orthopedics, TRIA and Park Nicollet Orthopedics to provide specialized care in sports medicine; joint reconstruction of the hip, knee and shoulder; spine surgery; foot, hand and ankle surgery; and complex fracture treatment.

    Some of the conditions we commonly treat:

    • Foot and ankle—Achilles tendon rupture, arthritis, bunion, fractures, hammer toe, plantar fasciitis, sprained ankle, tendinitis

  • Orthopedic services involve the treatment of conditions of the musculoskeletal system, including trauma from an injury or the effects of a degenerative diseases.

  • Spine services at St. Francis, performed by Twin Cities Spine Center, include management of back pain and injuries, spinal diseases and disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.
