Restaurant-Style Room Service
For those patients with a regular diet, St. Francis offers restaurant-style room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Patients are free to create their own meals from soup, salad, entrées, desserts, specialty items or snacks. A host takes the patient's order from his or her room, prepares the meal fresh and then personally delivers the order. Hosts also take a continental breakfast and coffee cart along for breakfast orders so patients can have coffee and starters right away while waiting for, or in lieu of, their breakfast. Every patient also receives a complimentary USA Today with breakfast. Family Birth Place also has a complimentary snack cart in the afternoon.
Any guest of the patient who would prefer to stay with his or her loved one rather than go to the cafeteria is welcome to purchase a guest meal for $5; orders are limited to one entrée per meal, but there are no limits on the number of guests or meals ordered.
Menus are available in multiple languages.
