Allina Security at St. Francis wants to make sure you have a safe and secure visit. The following provides information about the many services Allina Security at St. Francis offers to patients, visitors, and staff.
Patrol Services and Dispatch
Allina Security at St. Francis is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Allina Security continually makes rounds inside St. Francis and on the campus grounds.
Investigations
Allina Security at St. Francis will respond to 911 calls, medicals, criminal complaints, suspicion calls, patients, visitors, trouble, etc. anywhere on-campus.
Educational Programs
A team of officers and investigators provide educational presentations for St. Francis staff. Programs include violence prevention, identity theft and personal safety.
Identification
All St. Francis employees must wear employee identification above the waist at all times. All visitors will be issued passes after 9 p.m. Personal identification is required in order to obtain a pass. Passes can be found at the nurse station or the security desk located in the emergency department.
Escorts
Escorts are provided anywhere on the campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Jump Starts
If the battery in your vehicle needs a jump start, call Allina Security at 952.428.4444. This service is provided to all patients, visitors, and staff free of charge.
Lock-Out-Service
With proper identification, security may be able to help with keys locked inside vehicles.
Lost & Found
If you lose anything on campus, contact Lost & Found at 952.428.2511. Lost items will be kept for a period of 60 days.
